What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a Junior Database Manager to oversee and optimize our candidate databases, designing and executing data-driven talent attraction strategies.

Responsibilities:

✅ Manage, update, and analyze candidate databases.
✅ Develop and implement targeted recruitment campaigns based on client needs.
✅ Automate communication strategies (email, SMS, social recruiting).
✅ Analyze data to improve candidate engagement and campaign performance.
✅ Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand job role requirements.
✅ Utilize CRM & ATS tools for data and campaign management.

Requirements:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (preferably Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline).
📊 1-2 years of experience in database management or digital recruitment campaigns.
🖥️ Proficiency in data management tools (SQL, Excel, CRM, ATS).
📢 Understanding of bulk communication tools (email marketing, automation tools).
📈 Strong analytical mindset, results-driven approach, and reporting skills.
