Actionline is looking for a dynamic Senior Recruitment Specialist on behalf of one of its largest clients in the logistics sector!

What You’ll Do:

✅ Create and publish job postings to attract top talent across various channels.

✅ Screen resumes and conduct interviews.

✅ Collaborate with internal departments to understand their hiring needs.

✅ Utilize modern recruitment tools and techniques to identify the best candidates.

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 2+ years of experience in recruitment (ideally in logistics or high-volume hiring).

🔹 Excellent communication and organizational skills.

🔹 Familiarity with recruitment tools and social media platforms.

🔹 Fluency in English (both written and spoken).

🔹 Ability to collaborate with clients and understand their staffing needs.
