We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team and lead full-cycle recruitment projects for a variety of clients.

A day at work:

You will:

👉 Participate in all recruiting activities to include: job description creation, sourcing, advertising positions, screening, phone interviewing, interviews and hires in order to fulfill the timely placement of our projects.

👉 Develop and manage a network of active and passive candidates and grow it.

👉 Ensure timely and efficient communication with clients as well as with candidates.

Requirements:

👉 Bachelor’s or/ and Master’s degree of HR or other.

👉 Minimum 1-2 years’ experience related with screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates for various roles in different industries.

👉 Experience in recruitment processes and platforms.

👉 Fluency in English.

👉 Excellent communication skills.

👉 Organizational, planning and time management skills.

👉 Very good problem-solving skills, with the ability to think both logically and creatively.

👉 Self-motivation with the desire to deliver high quality results within the agreed timelines.
