As a Waiter/Waitress at Alissachni Mykonos, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our distinguished guests. You will contribute to the seamless operation of our dining services, ensuring that each guest enjoys an unparalleled dining experience in line with the high standards of our 5-star establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist guests in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner, ensuring an impeccable dining experience.
Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately, promptly, and with attention to detail.
Provide expert guidance on menu offerings, including detailed explanations of ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings.
Ensure all guest needs are met throughout their dining experience, handling requests and inquiries with the utmost professionalism.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to guarantee the smooth and efficient service of food and beverages.
Maintain an organized and clean dining area, ensuring a refined and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Adhere to the highest standards of cleanliness, health, and safety in the work environment.
Demonstrate knowledge of the hotel’s services and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a luxury or 5-star hospitality setting.
Excellent command of the English language; additional languages are considered an asset.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
Strong attention to detail, with a passion for providing personalized and impeccable service.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
