We are recruiting Front Office Receptionists to join the Charisma Suites team in Oia, Santorini, with excellent service through a personal touch and a calm approachable manner.

Responsibilities

Welcome and greet guests providing a friendly, efficient and courteous service.
Provide information to guests.
Follow hotel policies and procedures for providing excellent service standards.
Receive and handle payments, check-in & check-out procedures.
Receiving and processing requests such as restaurant reservations and tours.
Complete the registration formalities and handle guest’s room keys.
Arranging pickup and drop-off services for guests at the time of their arrival and departure.
Experience, skills & knowledge

Experience within a front-office hospitality environment
A hospitality degree is an asset
Good command of both English and Greek language is essential.
Experience in working with a PMS is an asset
Good MS Office skills
Professional appearance and manners
Good oral communication skills
Positive interpersonal skills
Enthusiastic with friendly personality
Positive, honest and energetic work ethic
