Job Title: Content Moderator

Start Date: 12th December 2024

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM

Location: Thessaloniki, Greece

Salary: €1,400 per month

Do you speak Dutch, Ukrainian, Czech, Slovakian, Hebrew, Norwegian, or Hungarian, in addition to English? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a dynamic and welcoming team starting 12th December 2024!

As a Content Moderator, you will play a key role in ensuring online platforms stay safe, enjoyable, and appropriate for all users. You’ll help review various types of content—including videos, images, and social media posts—while applying content policies and keeping the community free from harmful material.

What You’ll Do:Review and moderate digital content to ensure it aligns with community guidelines and client standards.
Identify and flag inappropriate content, including violence, hate speech, and explicit material.
Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for users by upholding high-quality moderation standards.
Participate in wellness programs and team-building activities that promote a positive and supportive work environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets and continuously improve content moderation processes.
What We’re Looking For:Fluency in Dutch, Ukrainian, Czech, Slovakian, Hebrew, Norwegian, or Hungarian, in addition to English.
At least one year of prior experience in customer service, operations, or a similar role.
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication skills, empathy, and cultural sensitivity.
The ability to handle potentially disturbing content with resilience and professionalism.
