Guest Relations Agent

in Nikki Beach Resort and Spa, Porto Heli

As a Guest Relations Agent your main role will be ensuring that all GHA and hotel guests are well taken care of, as well as “valued and welcomed” according to the hotel standards. At Nikki Beach, the Guest Relations Manager is a crucial member in the hotel considering the constant engagement with our discoverers. The successful candidate will ensure that every guest returns home with memorable discoveries by providing a personalized, indigenous and unique service.

Requirements:

• Degree in Hospitality/Tourism
• Computer literate –MS Office
• Knowledge of Protel PMS
• Ability to converse in both Greek and English, additional languages will be considered an asset
• Customer oriented
• Strong team player and able to work under pressure
• Impeccable presentation
• Open Minded
• Outgoing Personality
• Attention to details
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
